They're pretty good, have an RMA with them at the moment for an Arctic coling vga silencer thats in credit processing, and had them give me a vantec stealth for free when they sent it instead of a tornado.
Scan.co.uk are also good, about a week turn around on RMA i've found and they always send free goodies (CDs, mice etc) when you spend over ?X

After reading everything i can this weekend i'm going for the Asus A4744K-LH notebook Mobile Athlon64(K8) 3000+ ATI Mobility Radeon 9700 64MB DDR I'm getting this one because when the world finally go's 64 i'm ready for it plus it has a nice graphics card so i can play a few games..The way i look at things is you may as well pay a little bit more now and then save money later with something which will be up to date a little longer. The laptop i'm getting will be a jack of all trades with a bit of this a bit of that.....

To late it's on order now hope to have tomorrow "new toy" i've wanted a laptop for a long time it's just nice when your setting in bed and you still have access to the web plus play a few games will make a change from other things i do there "like when someone asks what you doing in the i can say i'm spanking the monkey, it's a flash game on the web and not feel bad" so i'm happy that i now have one on the way plus i can learn this network thing and i've also entered the analogue lothodon 64 bit world but on a mobile way.... Also it's cheaper than using my mobile to seach the web which has cost me in the last few weeks a extra ?30 on my mobile bill and it's far easier to read....

Have my nice new toy (Free upgrade version)
Thing i hate is with all PC you buy all that crap on it. Comes with norton :shakeshea All i want to do now is wipe it and put XP pro on the thing. One good thing is that i have a full version of XP home disc which came with it plus the backup disc. Funny thing is when the van turned up today i was thinking he would walk down the road with it in one hand, but no it weights a ton but is quiet.....

Looks Good. Great you have Win XP Home and a Back up CD. I'd wipe the HD before I did anything else. They preload so much garbage on them - it's painful to remove cleanly. Far better to start fresh :)

I'll second that, you should see some of the crap they pack into the Toshiba laptop work buys.
