Default Novatech and Sapphire returns

Just wondered if anyones had dealings with Novatech and Sapphire when it comes to returns as my Sapphire HD 3650 Graphics Card failed the other day

Lucky for me the Sapphire is covered by a 2 year warranty and i have 4 months left and after having a read Sapphire say i still need to contact retailer about returns which after getting stuck in Novatech phone system i gave up and sent them a email so fingers crossed it go's smoothly

ive use Novatech loads never had a probs with them first class service

novatech are awesome, as long as you have a manufactuers warranty they'll sort you out.

i rarely buy from anyone but novatech, unless i want summink special.

novatech will take it from you and wait 28 days and send you nothing in my past experience.

but then you phone em and say youve heard nothing and they send you an equivelent first class, i just got a WD 300gb drive in place of a 250gb. get ready to haggle easy same receipt drive second return, quality

forget ya email and get thru to any dept, just choose the easy option on there phone line and dont be specific about hardware type, be prepared to wait ten mins, it aint easy i know. but you will get a brand new updated card
ive spent so much money with novatech i shud be a shareholder, they sound hard but i'll continue to buy stuff to build systems from em as they are very good.

i returned a sapphire once before, got the RMA, but they required that i pay for shipping back to myself (not the shipping to them, which i also had to pay)

it was a card that i had gotten from a friend b/c he had upgraded and didnt want to deal with the $20 cost of shipping both ways... but getting a $150 card for free was worth it. had to ship it to them though, for the RMA, funny thing was, he resold the card to someone else when he got the replacement, so he have me the $100 he got for the card + the $20 i paid for the RMA shipping, so i got $100 out of filling out forms and dropping a box off at fedex...

Now i'm not someone who can judge someone on there spelling and grammar as mine is pretty bad but did find it funny when i just got an email from Novatech

I have raised a rturn number for you and entered the information which you have provided. The rturn number is . Please send the card into Novatech Ltd, Harbour House, Hamilton Road, Cosham, Portsmouth, PO6 4PU. Please put the returns number as a reference just beneath.
We recommend that you use a form of insured delivery to send the goods and also adequate packaging.
The turn around time for test is 3 to 5m working days here formt he time we received the unit back. Beyond that we would clal you to let you know the rsults and thne if the crad needs to be sent off we’ll give you an estimation of how long it may take.

Update the card was send back to Novatech a few weeks ago and they phoned me after a few days to say after 24 hour testing they couldn't find any problem so would i like it send back to Sapphire for testing which i said yes and just got a phone call saying a new card is on it's way to me so something must have been broken
